OUR CONTRIBUTORS FOR THIS ISSUE
Kevin is an Ordained Minister in the New Testament Church of God, the largest Black Majority Church in the UK. As a musician, he came to Christ in his twenties through his interest in Gospel music, having never attended Sunday school or a church before this. Kevin is Lead Chaplain for Notts Healthcare NHS Trust (Mental Health), leading a Multi-Faith team of 35 chaplains. He is married with three children.
Bob and his wife Margaret, a retired vicar, served with the South American Mission Society (SAMS) in Northern Argentina where Bob coordinated the translation of the Bible into the Wichi tribal language. He subsequently worked as SAMS Resources Officer and is now creating a Wichi-Spanish dictionary and volunteering in a Christian bookshop. He lives in Rotherham and has two daughters.
Cara has been writing for Living Light for many years and has also written for Woman Alive magazine and Scripture Union. She and her husband Nick have been married for over 40 years, and now have 9 grandchildren. They are involved in both the pastoral and marriage ministries at their church.
Peter, a pastor of 30 years plus, is married to Emma and based in rural Essex where they serve the local church. Peter’s wider bible teaching ministry includes serving as a prison chaplain and pioneering the creation of Gospel Partnerships in East Africa. Originally a doctoral project, the growth of gospel-centred Pastors’ Fellowships is transforming the evangelical landscape for many churches and leaders in Tanzania and Kenya.
Amy Boucher Pye is a writer, speaker and spiritual director, and the author of five books, including her latest: Transforming Love: How Friendship with Jesus Changes Us. She loves to lead retreats, including at Penhurst Retreat Centre and El Palmeral in Spain. Find her at amyboucherpye.com.
