                     Thermal Insulative Coatings


                     One aspect of energy efficiency that is often overlooked is the building envelope,  which
                     potentially can cause significant energy loss if insulation is poor or failed. Traditional thermal
                     insulation coatings are bulky, inefficient and need replacing regularly. LEMS offers a range of
                     21st  century insulate coatings which outperform traditional insulation in the following ways;


                     • Extremely thin- saves space- Coating is merely 100 to 400 microns thick to offer 40%
                        thermal insulation,
                     • Easy to apply- simply spray , brush or roller apply. Makes application and labour simple
                        and low cost,
                     • Environmentally friendly – low VOC
                     • Lasts longer – 10 to 15 year warranty
                     • Provides corrosion resistance.
                     • Keeps surface clean – repels dirt as well as mould.
                     • Nano technology that outperforms traditional insulate.





                     NanoLub additive range  of exclusively manufactured  submicron spherical particles of Inorganic
                     Fullerene-like Tungsten Disulfide.

                     The product range consisting of a variety of blends, allow max performance and reduced wear in
                     different mechanical applications. The specific engineered NanoLub® IF-WS₂ products are based
                     on a patented platform technology of proprietary super strong tungsten disulfide (WS₂)
                     multilayered nano fullerene-like particles.

                     These unique WS₂ nano-spheres lower friction and heat, thereby reducing mechanical wear. At
                     the same time, contact pressure causes nano-spheres to release tribofilms that attach to surface
                     asperities and smooth them, thereby reducing friction and wear, improving overall mechanical
                     efficiency while extending machinery life.
