                        WMM – Effluent recycling, treatment systems


                       The system uses proprietary technology to clean wastewater. It is the process whereby you
                       apply an electrical charge to dissolved and suspended matter in water. This is a process of
                       changing the particles surface charge allowing suspended matter to form an agglomeration.
                       The technology is an advanced and economical water treatment.


                       This a technology that effectively removes suspended solids to sub-micron levels and
                       precipitates heavy metals from water without the use of filters or the addition or any
                       separation chemicals.

                       The advantages of the technology are:

                       • Straightforward proven equipment, with few moving parts
                       • Uncomplicated to operate and maintain
                       • Requires no filters, membranes or other sensitive parts
                       • Produces clear, palatable, colourless and odourless water (less TDS)
                       • Able to treat complex waste water (organic and inorganic pollutants)
                       • Handles most water/process variations during continuous operations
                       • Chemical dosing is seldom required
                       • Enables up to 99% (grey) water recovery / Recycling
                       • The Generated “sludge” is readily settable, de-watered and filtered
                       • Proprietary “power plant” significantly reduces electricity consumption
                       • No EIA required to commercialise RWT plant on site
                       • Easy to operate and low-cost to maintain/operate
                       • Competitive water treatment cost at <R2/m (savings vs existing process)
                       • High effective COD reduction – high recovery of organic matter
