VI.  RESPONSIBILITIES OF PALARO COMMITTEE


        •     Shall undertake the following in relation to the PALARO Culture and the Arts
              Festival:
                o   Send out ADVISORY together with the guidelines and criteria for judging all
                    participating schools, informing them of the competition.
                o   Invite judges, contest headmasters and other personalities.
                o   Send letters of invitation to personalities who will grace the opening and
                    closing ceremonies, and other events in the competition, in coordination
                    with the Host region/school.
                o   Draft programs of the competition include opening and closing ceremonies,
                    solidarity meetings, pageant, and other special events, in coordination with
                    the participating school.
                o   Purchase the necessary sports equipment and supplies needed in the
                    competition.
                o   Conduct coordination meeting with the representatives from different participating
                    school working committees.
                o   Improve playing venues of the games in coordination with the GSO.
                o   Provide coordinated security on all venues and billeting areas.

                o   Tap corporate sponsors in coordination with program chair committee.

        VII.  GENERAL RULES:
        The PALARO Culture and the Arts Festival Competitions shall be run in accordance
        with following guidelines rules and regulations as promulgated.

                A.   GOVERNING COMPOSITION OF DELEGATION

                       1. As a general policy, and in consonance with the principle of providing
                          maximum participation and experience for STUDENTS to gain the benefits
                          derived from joyful participation in well – organized PHELEMET Culture and
                          the Arts Festival, the number of participants in the delegation shall be equal to
                          that which is maximally allowed in each discipline.
                       However, all school officials should see to it that only those students, who have
                       undergone the proper and adequate training and preparation for their respective
                       events, shall be part of the delegation.
                       A.1.1. All School member D e a n   shall observe the following suggested
                       composition of delegations.
