1.0 Executive Summary
Mainstay welcomes the opportunity to provide an outline proposal for the provision of management services to Victoria Dock on behalf of Homeground and Doc Fictoria Residents’ Association (DFRA).
In completing this proposal, I have provided relevant detail of our services and a copy of our capability statement is also provided.
Mainstay are proud of our almost 20 year heritage of managing schemes across the UK of the scope and scale of Victoria Dock. We are equally proud of our capability to work proactively with Resident Management Companies, resident groups, individual leaseholders, freeholders and registered providers to exceed expectations.
Mainstay have developed a number of industry unique advancements that clearly distinguish us from our competitors. These include:
Rigorous compliance, risk and health and safety standards, including working with a dedicated Primary Fire Authority.
A facilities management division, including a Building Services Engineering Team overseeing provision of
M & E services.
The provision of complete asset management and asset registration services.
Delivering customer service standards more akin to the high end hospitality industry.
HR and employee services division.
Robust credit control protocols and in house debt recovery.
Procurement and compliance management including full contractor evaluation.
Building surveying team.
Full ‘commitment’ accounting and live reporting.
Industry leading Accreditations and Quality Assurance systems.
Mainstay will provide an experienced local property management team, complemented by our comprehensive support infrastructure, based at our o ces on the outskirts of Worcester. Our aim is to signi cantly enhance current management arrangements.
The Mainstay team and I are diligent in our approach to providing rst class management services, supporting the client and all stakeholders with proactive and planned activity whilst remaining responsive to the day to day needs of the development’s community.
