  Gary Crook
BA (Hons), MIRPM Managing Director - Residential Property Management
 Peter reports to Gary who provides Executive level support to Property Managers, Leaseholders, Freeholders and Resident Management Company Directors across the UK.
Gary has worked in the property services industry for more than ten years, joining the industry from retail where his passion for customer service originated. In the property sector, he has honed his skills through experience of both commercial and operational management of numerous high value and multi service contracts, from tendering and solution design through negotiation and mobilisation to steady state delivery.
Gary’s experience covers service provision in both public and private sectors and through a variety of di erent contracting and delivery models. He joined Mainstay from MITIE in 2013. Through continuous personal development and achievement of residential property management quali cations, Gary took responsibility for the Midlands and
South West property management business in 2015 before taking responsibility for the full national residential property management business in 2016.
Gary is a member of Mainstay’s Executive Leadership Team.

Sara has four years experience as a Service Charge Accountant, AAT quali ed and is currently studying towards her IRPM Associate quali cation. Sara and her team are responsible for the  nances, reporting, budgeting and preparation of service charge accounts.
Hannah Balcon
Property Services Advisor
Hannah is responsible for supporting Chantelle on a daily basis. She works closely with residents as the  rst point of contact, responding to queries.
