 3.0 Proposed Management Team
  Chantelle Walker
Property Manager
Chantelle is responsible for daily management of properties in her care and developing the most important day to day relationships for the scheme with Directors, Leaseholders, Tenants and the wider community.
As a Property Manager with over nine years experience in the industry Chantelle has gained
a vast amount of knowledge about the property sector. Her background includes, lettings, estates,  nance, design and team management all of which have been implemented within the role as Property Manager over the years. Chantelle joined Mainstay in 2016 and is currently studying IPRM in the Build to Rent sector.
Chantelle’s values include best practice following ARMA regulations, customer satisfaction, dedication to meet the requirements of the site and to have a strong presence to support the day to day running of a development.

  Peter Whalley
Associate Director
 Peter is the  rst line of escalation and support for the Property Manager, the Directors, the on-site Property Manager and Leaseholders.
Peter has been working in the property industry for over 20 years. His previous
role was with a large Residential Property Management Company, who managed properties within the retirement sector where he had responsibility for a large team. His team successfully managed and delivered high standards of customer service to a vast number of developments.
From there Peter joined Mainstay Group in the Residential Block Management team where he has worked since August 2016. He has
a wealth of experience on various and wide ranging residential and mixed use properties in the North of England.
Peter has been successful in building his existing team and has recruited and appointed new Property Managers within his team.
