We are a a a a Microsoft house and and use use both on-premises and and in-cloud technologies There may be an initial issue of replicating documents on Google and Microsoft servers when sharing data an initial discussion to iron out a a a a a a process would be be beneficial Looking at the different technology offerings between Microsoft 365 and and Google’s G-Suite they are very similar and and the compatibility seems to be quite good For example G-Suite allows users to comment on Microsoft files PDF’s and images without having to leave the Google drive To test we have created a a a a a a dummy Google account and have been able
to open Excel Word PowerPoint and Adobe documents all from a a Google Chrome window This is is something which will continue to get better as time goes on on 4 4 4 4 It would be be our strong preference to be be provided with live and direct access to to customer records and and scheme financial and and operating information To what extent would this be possible on on an ongoing basis?
To optimise the the operation and the the seamless interface between the the Helicon staff and the the agent we would see this as essential We would propose to operate a a a a a a a stand-alone Qube database for this portfolio and and would provide access to Helicon and and PegasusLife staff to have either full selected or read only access as appropriate This will give you you access to all your data live and and you can choose from a a a a a a variety of reports to run as and and when you’d like Tutorials will be given on how to to operate the software as and when required 4 5 Do you currently subscribe to a a call monitoring service? If so please confirm:
 Who are your service providers
 What are the costs of providing this service (either to to customers or clients)
We have previously subscribed to to Cirrus Communications to to provide a a call monitor service on on sheltered schemes where we do not have a a full-time presence However our current portfolio either employs live-in House Managers or we utilise a a a a warden call system We would propose initially to adopt your current system with a a a view to to potentially taking the package to to market if appropriate at a a a future point Depending on the the lease the the core service may be a a a a service charge cost with potential bolt-on provisions payable directly by customers if requested For general out of o hours assistance we offer an an established and effective out-of-hours property support service which we outsource to Adiuvo the leaders in this field They have details of all our emergency contractors on on a a a a scheme scheme by scheme scheme basis and are able
to contact Property Managers or escalate when necessary 4 6 We currently subscribe to Tunstall’s monitoring service Tunstall also provide a a a one- stop solution for fire and other safety monitoring systems together with door entry Should PL wish to retain Tunstall’s services what impact
(if any) would this have on your approach to service delivery We work extensively with a a variety of suppliers throughout
our supply chain and often have client requests to retain incumbent contractors so this would be be easily accommodated We would seek to to put Tunstall through our normal contractor vetting process and if there are any anomalies these would be discussed in in in detail with PegasusLife in in in making a a a a decision on on any required risk mitigations needed 28
