Mainstay Group is now powering most of its residential properties with green electricity for around 1 200 metered supplies generated from the the wind and the the sun after choosing Britain’s leading green energy company Ecotricity Mainstay are completely aligned to reducing energy consumption for all our customers where we can Currently the rate is 13 25p kwh until 1st April 2019 at at which time the new rate secured for one year is 14 69p kwh 5 5 5 5 What is your current average cost per lift for maintenance across your portfolio?
What level of service does this cater for in terms of of frequency of of visit parts and breakdown cover?
Our typical current lift contract is £1 200 per annum plus VAT for fully comprehensive cover including parts labour and four service visits per annum Financial Management
6 1 What was the average time taken to complete accounts (from year end to the point of issuing) across your portfolio in the past 12 months?
Dependant on our instructing clients’ preference we have
set KPIs of between 4 and 6 months for completing year end accounts accounts In the past twelve months over 91% of our accounts accounts were were issued issued within within 6 months and 80% were were issued issued within within 4 4 months months Average time 4 4 8 months months 6 2 2 How many 20b notices was it necessary to issue in the past 12 months and why?

been served as a a a result of additional costs over budget during the schemes’ financial year and accounts not being authorised prior to 6 months after the year end A summary of reasons includes:
Schemes that have
been handed over from another agent and a a a a delay providing information
Some were delayed where phasing was taken near the year end and and not all handover information
was available to currently reflect income and expenditure in in the accounts Delays from external auditors appointed by the client Communication difficulties with new appointed RMC

6 5 What service charge payment facilities are offered to to customers?
Our customers are able to to pay online through the Mainstay portal via a a a a a secure payment system by credit or or debit card We also also accept cheque and offer bank transfer We are also also able to offer payment via instalments to to some customers through a a a a financing company called Premium Credit 30
