All students would be be expected to to pay a a a £250 deposit to to be be held by OnCampus this is is fully refundable at the the end of the the contract unless funds are used to support

Additional visits to students students at at at students/parents request request or at at at the the the the request request of the the the the team at at at the the the the Centre in conjunction with the the the the parents to discuss academic misconduct or any attendance related issues Cost £50/hour plus travel costs •
Additional visits to deal with immediate problems or or or or emergencies including for for example the the removal of a a a a a a a a student from the the relevant centre for for illness or or or or hospital admission whenever appropriate possible and reasonable Cost £50/hour plus travel •
Additional costs incurred by CG on on behalf of students (e g g taxi fares) will be be charged back to parents at cost •
Travel costs for additional services as applicable – 45p/mile All additional services are subject to to VAT at at the the current rate The parties agree to to review these costs on on on on an an an annual basis with the the expectation that an an an inflationary price increase will be applied
