  Transform Their World
MALVERN TIMES AUTUMN TERM | ISSUE 1
   Welcome to Malvern Times.
As Headmaster of Malvern College, I am delighted to present Malvern Times – our newsletter for families beginning their search for a Senior School. I hope that this information will help you get a feel for what we have to offer at Malvern College and supports you as you decide which Senior School best meets you and your child’s needs.
Malvern College is fundamentally all about transformation. We provide our pupils with a happy, healthy and safe environment, with the space where they can develop and thrive, and a rich and varied curriculum that encourages them to push their own boundaries and to embrace learning in its widest form as a gateway to a fulfilled and balanced life.
Malvern has a strong academic focus; with a Super Curricular enrichment programme and a range of activities that stimulate intellectual curiosity and academic breadth beyond the confines of the exam criteria. This sits alongside a diverse Co-Curricular programme that promotes individual personal development and a happy and healthy lifestyle all of which is underpinned
by our Malvern Qualities. Our 250 acre campus allows pupils to explore and take part in a range of sports, Outdoor Pursuits, CCF and if they wish, pursue the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme.
We know that finding a School that has a strong community and a homely feel is very important. Our House system is at the heart of our community and provides a home away from home: In-House dining, a mYeariad of House activities and a truly caring and supportive team, who ensure that pupils are individually known, valued and supported.
I do look forward to welcoming you to Malvern once we can host visitors again, as a visit is the best way to see just what we have on offer. This gives you an opportunity to talk with pupils and staff, to take a look around our facilities and to spend time in a Boarding House.
Please do contact us if you have any questions or would like to talk about any aspect of Malvern College in the meantime.
