Property Management
(IPM) model model At the the heart of this model model is is the the quality and
versatility of our local site team who are empowered to make a a a a real difference delivering excellence and
the attention to detail that you are seeking at at at Box Works The local team will be led by an experienced on-site Estate Manager who acts much like a a a a a a a a general manager in a a a a a a a a hotel operation operation and
will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and
and
and
the direct supervision and
and
and
management of cleaning and
and
and
maintenance operatives Supporting the Estate Manager will be Kate Magill
our Manchester based Associate Director
who will bring her many years of skills and
and
and
knowledge ensuring site standards and
and
and
customer engagement stay at an excellent level In addition our Head of Customer Experience and
and
and
Brand Standards Jess Parmar brings her skills from the hotel industry and
takes national responsibility for setting consistent high levels of site presentation dress code and
customer engagement To manage these standards the the Estate Manager Glyn Poole and
and
Kate have a a a a number of documents systems and
procedures they they use to review standards when they they meet - at least on a a a a a weekly basis Directors would be very welcome to to join in in these reviews to to begin with to to understand the process Site standards planogram
Our central Property Management
system (known as Qube) allows us to log every job so that work-flows can be carefully tracked works are recorded timed and
confirmed complete within an acceptable time frame This system is is available to staff locally giving the Estate Manager real time access to all all the development’s records
