How are we going to manage major projects?

Projects often require two types of of skill The first being appropriate technical skills and
the the second the the high-level management of major projects Technical skills – Mainstay have an in-house Building Surveying team who oversee a a a a a a variety of major works such as decorations and
fire compliance
We have have a a a a a a a Fire Safety team who have have advised on a a a a large number of improvement projects especially in the wake of Grenfell We also employ Mechanical and
Electrical consultants who not only support the site teams on on on maintenance issues regarding plant but also oversee major work such as central boiler replacements These services
are not obligatory but we always request the opportunity to tender for opportunities High Level Management
