Year 8
Leavers’ Experience
After completing their exams our Year 8
pupils participated in in a a a a a well-deserved and and varied programme of outings and and experiences for their final three weeks at The The Downs The The three-week programme included a a a combination of some more energetic and adventurous activities such as the Slip ‘n’ Slide ‘Physics’ trip to to Alton Towers a a Squire Theatre workshop where they explored the the exciting world of stage combat camping climbing and raft building in in in in Cwm Llwch to the thrills and in in some cases spills of Grass Boarding!
On a a a a a a more sedate and calm part of the the programme the the Year 8s hosted the Languages Day for our younger pupils Stumbled along the Malvern Hills completed a a a First Aid course took part in our our Creative Day and lounged around Cheltenham Lido! Our pupils embraced new experiences and and challenges and and made special memories for life Thank you to the the Class of 2023 for sharing their journey with us!
