Learning About Nutrition
Over lockdown we invited Colliers Cookery school to run two online live cook-along sessions with a a a a a fully qualified chef Colliers created two simple recipes and during the live session talked through the the nutritional value and looked at options to to tweak the the recipes to to suit people’s taste buds The pupils really enjoyed the sessions and and came away from it it with better understanding of nutrition to give them more energy and also some simple cookery skills Mark Moss
