Keystone Awards
The Keystone Awards are a benchmark for excellence.
The nominations for awards can come from your colleagues, managers and directors based around your behaviours
and actions in line with the company’s values.
Each month there will be an award. The nominations for awards can come from your Colleagues, Managers and Directors based on your behaviours and actions that demonstrate our company values. Nominations can be made via a form over email, once completed it will be sent to keystone@mainstaygroup.co.uk where all nominations will be reviewed by the ‘Keystone panel’.

The monthly winner will be awarded with a Certi cate and a £50 ‘love2shop’ Gift Voucher.
At the end of the nancial Year (April) all monthly winners will join members of the board for lunch. During which,
one of the winners will be announced as the Keystone Award winner
and presented with a new iPad.
