Introduction to Mainstay
You will potentially be asked to commence your role ahead of your  rst full week of work to allow us to focus on your induction and training. The pre start date will enable you to demonstrate your ability whilst enabling us to ensure you receive the correct training and knowledge to succeed within the role
You will be provided with a formal introduction to your line manager and/ or Supervisor and a tour of the development you will work at.

Emergency Procedures
You will receive full details of the emergency procedures from your Line Manager, including what to do and who to contact in the event of an emergency.
Uniform and PPE
You will be provided with a full uniform and PPE. These should be kept in your possession at all times and you will be asked to sign for each item.
You will be issued with PPE according to the tasks you carry out. Your risk assessments will outline when your
PPE should be worn.
Your uniform should be worn at all times whilst in the working environment.
Site Orientation
It is a vital part of the induction process that you visit
the site(s) you will be working on. A tour will be provided at site, so that you are aware of your responsibilities and where your storage area is.
You will also be shown how to access the site and provided with any access details such as key safe codes. These codes should not be provided to anybody else.
Schedule of Work
The MFM schedule of work has been implemented to assist you with your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. They will enable you during your  rst few months in the business to understand and meet our expectations whilst also being a valuable tool to ensure we as a team deliver the expected service to the customer.
Your manager will provide you with your schedule of works and run through what is expected from each task. You will also be provided with Mainstay standards of cleaning to assist you in the completion of your duties.
You will be shown how to complete each task and the correct tools and chemical to use. We value your feedback and if you think you have another method which will work please raise this with your manager.
