                                                   OK, we know you need some of the traditional stuff...
• If you are monthly paid, you get paid on the 25th of the month for the complete calendar month (1st to last day of the month) – this will be 1/12th of your annual salary.
• If you are paid fortnightly, this will be on a Friday and will be for the hours that you have worked in the previous 2 weeks.
• You can book annual leave from day one. To do this you will need access to iTrent. This will be arranged for you by Employee Services and we will make

sure you get training asap – however if you need to book some time off before then, just let us know and we can do that for you.
• If you get sick, please call your line manager (don’t text) – we want to know you are are OK, so text messages don’t work for us.
• Depending on your role, you will work either a set number of hours a week or you will be on a rota system – your line manager will be able to answer any questions you may have about this.
Cycle Purchase Scheme
Mainstay will provide an interest-free loan of up to £500, repayable in 12 monthly instalments, for you to purchase a bicycle. Please contact Employee Services in the first instance and once agreed, you can choose and purchase your bike (and accessories) from your preferred supplier, up to a maximum value of £500. Following purchase, simply present your receipt to Employee Services who will arrange reimbursement directly into your bank account.
A loan agreement is set up and monthly repayments of twelve equal instalments will be deducted from your monthly salary payment, beginning from the following salary payroll date.
