• We promise to pay you!
• You get your Birthday off... the day can be taken either during the week before, the actual day or the week after – whatever works for you and your birthday celebrations
• Help yourself to the free drinks around the sites – tea, coffee, cordial
• We want to hear your ideas so grab a red envelope and put your idea inside – Luke our Group MD will read them out during his monthly briefing
• Mainstayers award – I know it seems a long way off but we all have to aim for a goal. We recognise our colleagues who have been with us for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years’ service
• We recognise the great work that our colleagues do via the Keystone awards programme – make sure you find out about this from your line manager as soon as you can!
• We will make sure you are part of our Mainstay Open Awards Framework, basically we will provide you with the training you will need to be part of Mainstay
• We all go through some tough
times in our lives; if you go through
a difficult patch while you work at Mainstay we have our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which can provide confidential advice on a range of topics from finance guidance, bereavement and counselling.
