You’re about to embark on a massive ‘learning curve’,
... but don’t panic.
• We’ll make sure you have a bespoke induction plan, as well as the right training for your role. We’ll also introduce you to all the key people who will be able to help you during your learning curve.
• Once you’ve settled in, we have our Mainstay Open Award Framework designed to support our colleagues’ learning and development throughout their time with us, across the whole business.
• There are also options for apprenticeships as well as internal and external short courses.
Basically, we are all about the development of each and everyone
one of us... so now it’s over to you. Just tell us what you would like to do, either during your 1-2-1 meeting with your line manager, at appraisal time, or just when you think of it – come and have a chat.
