Your first day with Mainstay
BASICALLY, RELAX. You are not meant to know everything by the end of day one - we understand you probably won’t know everything by the end of your probationary period.
If by the end of day one you remember the names of your team, can find your way around the site, know who you can go to in a case of a problem or emergency and have found where the best place to get food is; you’ve done enough!
This booklet has been designed to aid you during your first few weeks/months; we hope you'll find it helpful. That said, we're always looking to improve so if you've got any feedback about the booklet, positive or negative, we'd love to hear about it.
