people to see’ for you, so that you can start gaining an understanding of where you and your department and team fit in the bigger Mainstay Team
Whilst it is a plan, it’s not set in stone. If you need to go back over a topic or want to discuss anything in more detail, just ask, it won’t be a problem!
We want to make sure your induction plan gives you the best possible start to your career with Mainstay but we are not perfect and may have missed something or not given you enough time on a particular subject
