These are 3 House budgets-
Alcohol
Primarily for the entertaining of parents and sixth form pupils in the House (Leavers’ Ball, birthday suppers, Leavers’ supper, etc).
Free Issues
For additional food on top of the 3 meals a day (+ morning/afternoonbreaks) + special House events eg

6th form suppers

Small items of furniture
General House discretionary expenditure TV Subscription Services, eg Sky Sports
Large items eg House sports kit, large items of furniture and equipment (eg TVs) are split into separate budgets. These budgets are overall and controlled/reviewed by the Finance Bursar. The Houses apply to these budgets for approval before expenditure is incurred – this takes away large swings in expenditure from year to year on House Funds.
