Mainstay is appointed as Managing Agent of your development on behalf of (i-land Management Company). Our role is to ensure that all aspects of management and customer service are delivered to the highest possible standards at all times.
Our speci c duties include:
 Provision of a Property Manager, full-time Building Manager and site sta .
 Maintenance of all aspects of the building, including window cleaning / lift maintenance / emergency
lighting / vehicle gate maintenance / water pump maintenance / mansafe system maintenance / water tank maintenance / management of the refuse / general repairs / gutter cleaning etc.
 Ensuring all health and safety items are addressed.  Provision of out-of-hours emergency provider.
 Grounds maintenance.
 Setting of the service charge budget.
 Provision of the end of year service charge accounts.
 Collection of service charge.
 Payment of invoices.
 Ensuring all residents are aware of all Lease covenants.  Overseeing major works - such as external redecoration.  Leaseholder Communication.
