i-land is located in Southside, Birmingham, an area that o ers a diverse range of entertainment options.

The Gay Village o ers a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere with bars, clubs and restaurants so whether it’s a quick co ee, amazing cabaret or disco you’re after you’ll nd something to suit you. One of the highlights of the year is the Gay Pride Festival which takes over the surrounding streets across the May Bank Holiday weekend.
Theatreland is home to the UK’s busiest theatre, The Hippodrome, as well as being home to the Birmingham Royal Ballet. The area also boasts a comedy club and the UK’s oldest operating cinema.

Key Resident Lease Responsibilities
Please check your lease document on the purchase of your apartment, as it will contain a number of covenants which are conditions of the occupation of your apartment. Some are below, but your lease has a comprehensive listing and familiarity with these will help avoid any breach of lease issues.
Repair: Maintain the apartment in good and substantial repair at all times.
Windows: To clean the interior surfaces of all the windows of the at and balcony windows where access is available.
Pets: Consent is required to keep a bird, dog or other animal in the at, please see the Concierge for the appropriate form. Alterations or adaptations to the property are not permitted without the consent of the Landlord.
Car Park: If you have use of a car parking space and are unsure of its location, please speak to the Concierge. Car parking spaces are for one private motor vehicle which must be taxed and in roadworthy condition. Other vehicles, caravans, boats etc are not permitted in the car park area.
Food & Rubbish: Please do not throw or shake food, other articles or rubbish through the windows of the apartment. Washing: Please do not hang washing or articles outside
the windows or balconies, or attach anything to the exterior of the apartment.
