Maintenance Queries
If you have a maintenance issue, please speak to the Concierge who can advise of the best route for resolution.
Door Entry System
The two resident entrances on Bromsgrove Street and Essex Street are security controlled and require an electronic fob for access. Both entrances also have an intercom system that links to the apartments so visitors can call you to allow them access without leaving the apartment. There are also entrances to each block via the car parks and the courtyard, both of which also require a fob to allow access.
Entrance/Car Park Fobs
Security access fobs for the building and car parks can be purchased by contacting your Property Services Advisor or via the Mainstay Portal (www.mainstaygroup.co.uk). If you are renting your property, you will need to contact your letting agent or landlord who will be able to purchase a fob on your behalf.
Fire Procedures
The i-land Fire Evacuation Procedures can be found on notice boards throughout the building. The evacuation policy is assessed periodically and communicated to residents. Our 24-hour, 7 day a week Concierge Team maintain the security and safety of the building, making regular safety checks throughout the day and will record any issues of concern for immediate attention or action. As part of our weekly re alarm test, we will sound the building re alarm every Friday between 10am and 11am.
