Resident Services
Parcel Service
i-land Concierge Team provide a parcel collection service 7 days a week. The team will sign for parcels delivered to the development and put a slip in your letterbox to let you know a parcel has arrived. Your delivery will be kept securely until you collect the parcel at your convenience from the designated parcel storage cupboard.
Key Holding
If you are having maintenance carried out in your apartment we o er a key holding service to ensure access is available to your apartment should you be unavailable. Please contact the Concierge team for a key-holding form and complete the details of any contractors, letting agents or visitors. The keys will then only be released to those people whose details have been provided.
Meter readings
Residents are responsible for their own utility bills but if you require a meter reading, please speak with a member of the Concierge Team who will take the reading and leave a slip in your postbox with the meter reading and the date it was taken. If you take your own readings, electricity meters are located in meter rooms within the car park.
Cleaning
Mainstay provide cleaning of the communal areas throughout the development from Monday to Friday. Our in-house housekeeping team have daily cleaning schedules ensuring our entrances, corridors and external areas are maintained to a high standard.
Window Cleaning
Window cleaning is carried out on a quarterly basis throughout the year. This service is for all exterior windows of the building and the reception area. This is a service charge expenditure which is assessed and tendered on an annual basis to ensure the best rates and service are achieved. Dates of the scheduled window cleaning can be found on the notice boards.
Rubbish Removal
There are communal bin stores in each block and these can be found on the basement level of the car park. The bin stores house large bins for general waste as well as bins for recycling. If you have large items to dispose of please see the Concierge who will be able to help.
The Mainstay team actively support local charities and we have some red charity donation bins located next to the car park ramp for clothing and shoes. These items are donated to Midland Heart Foundation - if you have items in good condition, please drop them into the red bins.
