For the volunteering section of of our Silver D of of E award we chose to volunteer for Amnesty Amnesty International International Amnesty Amnesty International International is an organization which aims to support people who have faced human rights rights violations and raise awareness on on the topic of human rights rights We chose to support this organization as we believe that everyone deserves equal rights no matter who they they are what they they believe in in and where they are from During the the Autumn Term we hung up posters to spread awareness about Amnesty international we also wrote letters to to people who have faced injustice to to show our support we then finished the the term by speaking fin in in in chapel fin in in in an aim to to educate people on the topic of human rights and raise awareness about current issues During the Lent Term we continued writing letters to offer support we also raised funds for Amnesty through a a a food sale at the the Ledder During the the Summer Term we spoke in in chapel again this time in in an aim to educate people about children’s rights in the the UK and around the the world we also made our own posters to advertise Amnesty and educate people on human rights Sofia Sevlievska and the Advocacy Partnership Group
