Accreditations
Amid complex statutory and regulatory frameworks in which residential block management operate, we pride ourselves on delivering regulated, accredited and paramount technical service, combined with an original approach to customer engagement.
Staffing
For the moment, we would retain the staff as employees of the management company in order to effect a VAT saving.
As a priority, we will then review the structure, duties, responsibilities and aptitudes of each employee.
Mainstay’s Human Resources team will manage the process including payroll and staff support including any grievances or disciplinary action which will reduce both Director input and the need for costly external staffing advice.
Building Management
Combining an efficient Procurement team with a comprehensive approach to asset management (M & E, H & S, compliance, and reserve fund management), we are able to add value to properties and assets in our charge.
Maintenance Planning
Mainstay was the first to employ an Engineering Manager to oversee its asset strategies and is responsible for the delivery of integrated long-term maintenance planning, compliance and asset management and providing structured disaster recovery plans.
Financial Management
Our robust approach to financial management is equally reflected in our uncompromising attitude to site-specific budget management and reporting and is underpinned by accreditations to ARMA-Q, ISO 9001 and RICS.
