Since the dawn of time, humans have formed communities with others who share their values and a common identity. We are the sum of the people around us and whether that detracts or enhances our community and our lives is defined by those involved.
We believe that it is our responsibility to create and maintain a building that is safe, clean and comfortable within a space that is attractive, vibrant and harmonious; a place that offers residents an opportunity to live independently as part of a community among shared spaces, facilities and services.
It’s an experience that many London residents miss out on.
We take a holistic approach to property management; a programme that clearly demonstrates quality and value for money, and a philosophy that treats residents as individuals. As with other properties in our portfolio, our on-site teams become popular and invaluable parts of the community.
To create a smart, convenient environment and a sense of authority and professional competence, we would recommend a small number of minor changes, including:
 Refreshed site signage
 New branded uniforms for site staff
 Planograms at the main desk and reception
The following is a small sample of the work we have undertaken to develop communities and encourage inclusiveness:
 Creation of a white label brand that provides a unique and exclusive identity for each development.
 Publishing of multi-lingual resident handbooks to help integration and inclusion.
 Negotiation of exclusive resident discounts with local businesses.
 Enhancement of the on-site gym and pool/spa facility with personal training options.
 Support of charitable organisations, such as the Choir with No Name, which has performed at a number of events at our London and Birmingham properties.
 Organisation of a Summer Picnic at Queen Mary’s Place, Roehampton.
 Arrangement of a Christmas Party at Marine Wharf, Deptford.
 Running regular Casino Nights at Glasshouse Gardens, Stratford.
 Organisation of adult and child yoga classes.
 Resident’s perks include fruit cup days, mini dessert days,
and tea and coffee mornings.
 Halloween pumpkin carving and kids clubs.
 Collaboration with local voluntary organisations to litter- pick the local area for the benefit of the wider community.
We understand that the Directors of The Whitehouse Apartments have already forged strong partnerships with
the local community and businesses, and we would seek to support and develop these with a programme of engagement.
