5.0 Proposed Management Team
Thomas Tracy
Property Services Manager IPM Midlands
Tom joined Mainstay in 2013 as a Senior Property Services Advisor, overseeing the administration of several Leasehold and Freehold sites across the UK as well as managing the Property Support team in Worcester. Tom joined the Midlands IPM team in February 2016 as a Property Services Manager.
Tom’s focus is on facilitating a positive relationship with a wide range of clients, while representing the interests of all leaseholders and residents to ensure all professional standards are adhered too, as well as building on the community aspect of city centre living.
Tom lives in the Midlands and currently oversees the management of three prestigious Birmingham properties (Liberty Place, i-land and Watermarque), as well as our prestigious Watermark Lakes, which are located on The Cotswolds Water Park.

Jonathan Bloor
Associate Director IPM Midlands
Jonny has been working in the hospitality and property industry for the past 15 years.
He has managed relocation programmes for blue chip clients for a London based corporate housing company and responsible for managing a residential portfolio spanning. This included procurement, property management and client account management.
His experience also includes that of Operations Director for a serviced apartment and corporate housing company, a role which included all aspects of the business from revenue management, property management of a diverse central London portfolio, housekeeping and client account management.
Jonny joined Mainstay Residential in January 2016, and his regional portfolio covers a wide range of residences from New England style properties in the Cotswolds Lakes to prestigious Birmingham city centre developments.
