Neal O’Grady
Managing Director IPM
Neal joined Mainstay in 2015 following a career wholly committed to the service industry; he has worked across a range of di erent markets including hotels, student accommodation and commercial property in a number of major regions across the UK, including Scotland.
Prior to joining Mainstay, Neal was a Director at Regus, where he particularly enjoyed overseeing mixed use developments, identifying and developing products in emerging markets and creating micro communities that in uenced and grew part of wider regeneration programs.
He has a passion for service, standards and continual improvement and understands the importance and in uence his team have to our customers lives.
He has experience in senior roles across both sales and operational functions in a number of B2B and B2C businesses.
Neal’s role in Mainstay is to further develop our service provision and enhance our customer experience across our prestigious integrated schemes in the UK.

Carys Good
Senior Service Charge Accountant
As Head of Service Charge for IPM based at Worcester, Carys, who is an Associate of IRPM (AIRPM), will be your Service Charge Accountant.
Any queries regarding the account can be directed through Tom, or directly with Carys and her team.
Will Helm
Property Services Advisor
Will is responsible for supporting Tom on a daily basis. He works closely with residents as the  rst point of contact, responding to queries.
