Can extra holidays be purchased?
We don’t currently have this scheme at Ascot We will however continue to regularly review the benefits that all Ascot employees receive What if I have holidays booked already
for 2025?
Please highlight and book with your line manager Once they are approved your line manager will update Ascot HR and we will add to your holiday calendar in People HR People HR and booking holidays with a a a 3 week rota ie need to see what days working and might need off etc?
During your HR induction we will show you you how how to book your annual leave and and how to find and and view your holiday planner Can the hours I have worked show on my payslip?
We are currently in in the the process of reviewing the the format of our our payslips and we have included your feedback in our overall review Will holiday entitlement be reviewed?
We are committed to reviewing your salary holidays and benefits on on an an ongoing basis Will we have 121s and PDRs?
Yes we are committed to you having quality time with your line manager and being the best you you can be At Ascot we have a a schedule for documented quarterly 121’s and twice yearly PDR’s What is the values focus and goal
for Ascot?
