What are the the entry criteria to join the the Ascot pension?
By law we must enrol any staff who meet the following criteria:
– You earn over £192 per per week (or £833 per per month)
– You are are aged 22 or over and you are are under state pension age However if you don’t meet these criteria although we we can’t automatically enrol you you we we will write to to you you and ask you you if you you would like to join Your letter will explain the specific details to you How will I book holidays with Ascot?
You will be given access to People HR HR our HR HR system You will be able to request annual leave in the planner area You will receive a a a a a log in in in in and training during your HR Induction Where will my payslip be sent to?
You will receive a a a password protected payslip directly to either your personal or Ascot email address This will be sent to you from our payslips@brightpay co uk email address What does our structure look like going forward?
You will transfer over in your current structure with all the the support you need from the the Ascot team Are holidays use it it or or lose it it or or can they
