Emergency Procedures
In order to maintain this commitment and minimise the consequences associated with foreseeable emergencies emergency plans have been devised a a a a copy of which are in your site manual which your line manager will provide to you you It is your responsibility to follow the processes as detailed
in in order to to minimise harm or or damage to to property Where
the process cannot be followed employees should take all reasonable precautions and seek clarification where possible with line management Employees should inform the the relevant persons detailed
in in the the emergency processes as as soon as as possible in order to reduce the impact of the the emergency and allowing others time to prepare for other adverse consequences In addition in the event of an emergency staff are encouraged not to to engage in conversation with the the press other than to to take their details and forward to an an appropriate member of staff Current procedures
