A key activity within the Contract Mobilisation Plan is is creation of of an Asset Register As As part of of the site familiarisation activity we will be completing an asset verification and validation exercise This will include completion of an an asset condition survey and creation of a a a a a a a comprehensive asset database capturing all assets including warranty information which we are required to maintain under this contract The asset register is is is subsequently maintained on an going basis capturing changes as a a a a a a result of ongoing maintenance and performance During this process we will also be establishing the critical spares list to ensure an appropriate supply is maintained on on site Stock control of critical spares will be reported at the monthly performance reviews The asset register forms the the basis of the the rolling annual PPM plan and the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) The FMR FMR is developed in conjunction with RM Education and takes a a a a longer term strategic view typically 3 to 5 years In addition to to technical asset data the the FMR takes into account the the criticality of assets to your operations the potential risks associated with your operational delivery the changing needs of your organisation emerging technologies and the impacts of changes in relevant legislation Lessons learned during the the ongoing maintenance of assets and the the ability
to to optimise performance is is also taken into consideration A formal review of the FMR can be scheduled in accordance with RM Educations budgeting timetable PEACE OF MIND
