Mainstay wherever feasible are in in in favour of blind tenure management as as an an an an aide towards community enhancement and development Phases 6 6 & 6B have 44 affordable and 37 intermediate units We appreciate that wherever possible the contracted registered provider will seek to minimise service charges payable by them and and their occupiers but it is important to strike the the the right balance and and avoid a a a a a a a a a two tier management regime At Millbrook Park we have successfully achieved this in our direct block management of units on Phase 3 for Peabody These units were were delivered by by Linden Homes but Mainstay were were appointed by by Peabody to deliver deliver full management services to all tenants Building Services Strategies & Insurance
We have previously outlined our capabilities to Ploy UK in in in terms of the added value proposition that we can provide in in in accordance with the the scope of services particularly in in relation to the the following:
♦ Window cleaning and and external façade and and roof access
♦ Liaison and and interface with the ESCO and and impact on the customer
♦ Access control security fire and M&E strategies
♦ Lift contract service procurement
♦ Parking control and management ♦ The customer
journey enhanced services and portal
adoption
♦ Any other key management and maintenance obligations or enhancements
