Based on on our extensive knowledge of Millbrook Park over the last 6 years we we we strongly believe we we we are well placed to support Poly UK in in in in all aspects of the tender and and and pertinently in in in in delivering a a a a a a a a high quality and and and valued mixed use and and and tenure legacy to Mill Hill Phases 6 6 & 6B are the the the most prominent aspects of the the the development with their close proximity to Bittacy Hill Hill and Mill Hill Hill East station There is a a a a a a a a a a a close interface required with the the Estate Management Company in in relation to the the management of Millbrook Square Estate staffing sustainable drainage and traffic management to name but four aspects The fact that Mainstay’s management and working practices with the the Inglis Consortium are both embedded at at the the development we feel provides Poly UK with a a a a a a a significant opportunity to utilise our expertise and take advantage of the preferential terms we are able to offer 21
