Within the the the tender brief there is clear reference to the the the support and and communication required with Poly UK’s sales and and marketing team This is is is necessary on
a a a a a a a a a a number of levels particularly as there is is is a a a a a a a a a a clear requirement to sell service charges positively at at at at at the the the earliest date so so that potential purchasers understand their obligations This is is also the the the case in relation to lease terms and ground rent obligations Some key aspects that will be necessary are:
♦ An understanding of the sales and and marketing brief in relation to block management ♦ Staffing structure and costs (if additional staffing proposed above estate presence)
♦ Point of sale support literature
♦ Design of common areas specification fit out
and linkages (portal enhanced services etc) ♦ Home Owner’s Packs and Contents
