Living in harmony, whilst in close proximity to neighbours, relies on residents treating each other with respect. In order to help everyone understand the standards and behaviours expected of each other, the lease states a very clear guide of acceptable and unacceptable conduct.
Although this covenant can refer to not allowing noise and annoying behaviour, the wording of many leases also includes particular notes of not causing damage or inconvenience, as well as not allowing the property to be used for any noisy, offensive, dangerous, illegal, or immoral purpose nor for gambling or betting.
