Communal areas
The Management Team’s priority is to maintain a safe and pleasant community environment for all residents, part of which is to ensure all communal areas, stairwells and walkways are clear and safe.
All corridors and communal areas should be kept clear of any personal items especially walkways and emergency exit routes. If the building requires emergency evacuation, it is important everyone can get out safely without fear of tripping over bikes, pushchairs, mats, shoe racks or other items.
