Noise
Although we are all aware that a certain level of noise from time to time is ‘part and parcel’ of communal living, sustained noise or particularly loud music can be very disturbing to residents.
To avoid causing nuisance or inconvenience to other residents
of the building or estate, the Victory Pier leases state that you must not make a noise at any time that is audible or otherwise discernible from outside the premises.
Loud music or shouting late into the night and early morning is unfair on all other residents and is not acceptable. Please consider your neighbours and keep noise levels at a low level to prevent disturbing them and other residents, especially after 9.00pm.
