• To insure the contents of your property.
• Not to make any structural or non-structural alterations without the written approval of the Landlord.
• The premises to be used only for the purpose of a private dwelling, not to be used for trade, business or manufacture.
• To only assign, or sublet in accordance with the lease.
• To isolate services if unoccupied for periods greater than 60 days.
The following pages of this guide give more detail on covenants but this is not exhaustive. Leases can vary from property to property and you should always refer to the specific wording
of your own lease for what you have signed and agreed.
