Parking
Access to the development is very important for residents, visitors, delivery agents and emergency vehicles. Please ensure all access routes are clear at all times.
Parking at Victory Pier is permitted for owners who have a General Right to Park. Mainstay, on behalf of the landlord, instruct an external company who will issue Enforcement Notices for vehicles which do not follow the terms displayed on the parking notices.
Your lease conditions around parking include:
• Park vehicles in designated zones.
• Car parking is for private, roadworthy, taxed and insured vehicles only. No commercial vehicles, caravans, trailers, or boats.
• Not to carry out repairs or cleaning to vehicles in parking areas.
• Short term visitor parking spaces are on a first-come, first served basis.
