The Management team work hard to keep your development safe and to maintain security with controlled access into the buildings for known residents.
Although friends and family may stay from time to time, the terms of your lease require you to inform the landlord before any short-term let of your property.
Notices advertising a property to let are not permitted - your Property Manager will be able to advise you of the correct process and the necessary consent.
Airbnb
The safety and security of residents on the development is of paramount importance to the Management team.
Advertising your property on sites such as Airbnb or Booking.com is strictly prohibited and is against the terms of the tenancy/lease.
