Window Cleaning
The Victory Pier team strive to maintain this prestigious development to the highest standard and this is supported by the care and attention of individual apartments by residents.
Keeping the development in pristine condition includes the cleanliness and appearance of the building facade and glass balconies.
As a resident, you are responsible for cleaning the inside of the windows, the outside of any reversible windows and the inside face of a glass balcony.
The management team will arrange for regular cleaning of external and communal area windows.
The lease states that curtains, blinds or other window covering in
the premises should be white or cream when viewed from the outside. This is to maintain standards and ensure a uniform appearance across the development.
