Neighbourliness
Our Victory Pier community of different age groups, cultures and ethnicities bring a variety of needs and preferences. Good neighbourliness can help us accommodate everyone in a friendly, social environment.
To help support our community, lease covenants are designed to help life run smoothly for all.
• Litter and rubbish can encourage vermin and pests, please dispose of rubbish correctly.
• Bulky items should not be left in the bin stores. Medway Council arrange free/subsidised collection services - see Local Authority website or the Estate Management team.
• Cycles should not be chained to any part of the building but must be kept in the cycle store.
• To ensure their safety, children must be accompanied by an adult in the communal play areas.
• To help avoid accidents and reduce fire risk, BBQs are not permitted on balconies or communal gardens.
• Ball games are not permitted on the development.
