The lease is the legal basis of living arrangements in every development and helps to ensure the property is well-cared for, managed and maintained properly in a way which protects the fabric of the building and the value of your purchase.
This guide contains the lease conditions that apply at Victory Pier. Whilst all leases will contain common key clauses, there are variations, even within a single development. It is always advisable to check your own copy of the lease applicable to your property.
You will have received a copy of the lease when you purchased your property however, if you are a tenant, it is just as important that you are also aware of the lease and its conditions as they apply to everyone living in the building.
