Leaseholder or tenant responsibilities
The lease details the responsibilities for the landlord and leaseholder.
At each level of ownership, the lease is designed to protect the building and individual apartments and puts in place a number of conditions. These define the repairing and maintenance provisions that all parties have agreed to abide by to ensure that the development is effectively managed and remains a desirable place in which to live.
We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the conditions or covenants of your particular lease and to understand how you are personally affected.
