may be be prudent to caveat some of the the wording within the the utilities services infrastructure service service charge to reflect the reduced liability to lessees However we we would not advocate the the removal of these sections as we can see potential changes in the future
The remaining aspects of the lease are in in in in line with what we have seen elsewhere on on extensive regeneration projects where Berkeley Group have involved Mills

At this stage we believe that management fee proposals should only relate to the residential and associated management elements of Phases 1 & 2 We would prefer to quote separately for the commercial elements of the scheme based on a a a wider commercial management proposition The apportionment
